Our Customer Service Department consists of two teams, Data Entry and The Help Desk Team.
The Data Entry Team is available to create download files using the many protocols certified by our partners. We are committed to meeting stringent timelines...1 hour turnaround timeframe from the time we receive your completed request!
Our Help Desk Team is a one-stop support Department which provides technical support on Nurit Terminals, ATMs and Cash Registers. Each team member is certified to properly respond and troubleshoot all of your needs. Additionally, you may contact the Help Desk Team to assist you with your supply order needs or request RMA information.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 9:00 pm (EST), with additional support hours for emergency situations.
