 Robert E. Striano
President and CEO, Lipman USA Inc.
Robert E. Striano is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lipman USA Inc. In this position, he is responsible for all sales, marketing, operations and finance functions in support of Lipman products. These products include but are not limited to financial transaction solutions such as POS terminals, ATM machines and software development. Mr. Striano has a distinguished business career spanning over 25 years. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Konica Photo Imaging. Prior to joining Konica he was President of Sony Recording Media and Energy Products. He also spent over 10 years in a variety of sales and marketing positions with The Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Striano is a 1977 graduate of Fordham University and has completed Executive MBA programs at Harvard and Columbia Business Schools as well as IMD Switzerland. Mr. Striano was a Vice President/Executive Board member of the Ellis Island Commission and serves several charitable organizations including The Columbus Citizens Foundation on the Board of Governors, The Sovereign Military Order of Malta and a member of the Board of Directors of Youth Consultation Services – an organization for children in need. Finally, he serves on the Board of Governors for Ramapo College in New Jersey. |

Joseph Casella
Vice President of Operations
He is one of the original technical support managers having joined the company in 1993. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology from New York Institute of Technology. His knowledge and efficiency make him an irreplaceable asset. Joe will run technical support services including but not limited to customer service, repair center, quality assurance, document, training, project management and will be a liaison between the technical teams of LEE and LUSA. |

Howie Jacobs
General Counsel
Howie is a member of Lipman USA's Executive Management Team and is responsible for all legal issues at Lipman USA as well as handling various legal issues for Lipman's international subsidiaries. Prior to joining Lipman USA, Howie was General Counsel of ClientSoft Inc., a private software and consulting company in Hawthorne, NY and Assistant General Counsel of Schick Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of dental radiography products in Long Island City, NY. He holds a JD from Hofstra University School of Law and attended State University of New York at Albany as an undergraduate.

Bulent Ozayaz
Vice President of Marketing
Bulent Ozayaz is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development of Lipman USA Inc. He has risen within the ranks of Lipman USA since starting with the company in 1996. In 2005 he was given the responsibility of overseeing Lipman’s entire marketing operation in addition to his current business development responsibilities. Bulent has held various positions throughout his tenure in Lipman USA. Departments that he managed included: product development and management, financial institution and processor certifications, project management, application software development and quality assurance. Bulent holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering along with an MBA in Business Administration from Hofstra University. Bulent’s 10 plus years of proven experience has added to the company’s growth while providing Lipman with valuable industry insight.

 Ray O’Connor
Financial Controller
Ray graduated from Southampton College, a member of the Long Island University system, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Ray has been with Lipman since June of 2005 and was recently given the title of Financial Controller in February 2006. He brings a solid background in financial reporting, the preparation of analytical reports as well as a strong IT background. Objectives for the 2006 calendar year include the overall improvement in reporting mechanisms as well as improving the inventory turnaround and days sales outstanding ratios for Lipman USA.

 Andrey Tikhonov
Director of Research and Development
Andrey holds Master and Bachelor degrees in Information Technology and Computer Science, graduated from Novosibirsk Technical University in Russia. He joined Lipman R&D team in May 1999 as an entry-level engineer, then he became Lead Application Engineer, and since March 2002 he is holding a position of R&D Department Manager. Andrey plays a role of a liaison between US and corporate R&D organizations. Since October 2004, Andrey is a member of the Executive Management Team, overseeing technological development in the industry, providing strategy and direction for US R&D operation
