Advice for Those Seeking Technical Support
Although VeriFone manufactures the terminal hardware and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc) for point-of-sale (POS) devices, each component is sold to distributors and partners. After that sale, each individual company loads the equipment with applications/software proprietary to each bank and processor. Only they control how to track data relating to serial numbers, truncation, ability to upgrade, parameters, account specific information, etc. VeriFone does not have access to that information.

If you have questions about how your application is functioning (like error messages, slow processing times, sales instructions, deposit information, address changes), or have operational questions (like how to process refunds, voids, or other sales transactions) it is advisable to contact the company that sold you your VeriFone equipment or the bank or processor that currently handles your credit card processing account. They will be able to assist in the resolution of your issue.
