DESCRIPTION (Red font for the 2090)

The NURIT 2085 is an advanced and truly compact point-of-sale (POS) terminal with a built-in fast printer supporting credit, debit, check,electronic benefits transfer (EBT), phone cards and other electronically submitted transactions including those made by the use of Smart Chip Cards. The NURIT 2085 is exceptionally user friendly and very fast due to its high-speed built-in thermal printer that eliminates the need for costly ribbon replacement , thus substantially reducing mechanical malfunction and increasing transaction speed. The NURIT's large, high contrast alphanumeric LCD display and menu-driven software, together with four programmable function keys, allow the user to access every feature of the terminal easily and quickly.

Other models available:

NURIT 2085 Plus - This model includes an internal PIN pad.

NURIT 2085U - This special version of the 2085 comes with a 5 to 9 hour UPS battery, making it ideal for use with a cellular phone for portable/mobile transactions.

NURIT 2090 - Based on the 2085 design, the NURIT 2090 comes with a built-in radio and a 5 to 9 hour UPS battery which, combined with subscription to a radio network, allows wireless transactions.
